We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Checking Your Order

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is in perfect condition. Please note that any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external factors after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original packaging, with tags attached
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that we do not offer refunds for returns, including those due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Instead, returned items will be credited to your store account for the full amount of your purchase

Damages & Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason. The item must still meet our return eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
