Order Processing & Verification
You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take a few days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
We require 2-5 business days on average to process your order before handing it over to the shipping carrier. However, during peak seasons or major holidays, processing times may take longer.
Once your order is in processing, we are unable to make any modifications (including address changes). Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to variations in supplier locations.
Estimated Delivery Times
We currently offer worldwide shipping. The estimated delivery timeframe (excluding processing time) is as follows:

Tracking Your Order
All shipments come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to reflect in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still have not received tracking updates, contact us at info@amoraeverlasting.shop.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any incurred return shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Amora Everlasting is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please report the issue directly to your shipping provider.
In case of a damaged package, contact us with photo evidence at info@amoraeverlasting.shop, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is accurate, and, where applicable, that someone is available to receive or sign for the delivery with the chosen delivery service. Amora Everlasting cannot be held responsible for packages signed for by anyone other than the recipient.
